- Convenor of Workshop on Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) (SHWWP Act, 2013) Organized at JNU from 1st-2nd May 2018.
- Started a Distinguished lecture Series at JNU and invited several Scientists, Philanthropists, Writers, Socialist such and Padma Vibhushan M.S. Valiathan, Padma Shree Balaram Bhargava Padma Vibhushan Dr. Manju Sharma, Prof. Javed Iqbal.
